The studio with a tree
This space can be hired for a one off event, or for weekly classes outside of our class schedule.

Cleaning is not included, as we have just recently reduced the rental rates in exchange of you doing your own marketing, promoting, and cleaning:

The Specs:

Space suits max 60 people sitting, 35 people on Yoga mats.
Stereo available to use, for music events, bring your own equipment.
20 folding chairs available, 20 bolsters & 30 mats as well as rugs, lounge chairs and a table for use (must be put back, and mats must be cleaned).

The Cozy Studio

Space suits max 20 people sitting, 14 people on Yoga mats.

Carpeted floor
20 folding chairs available, some bolsters & some mats as well as rugs, lounge chairs and a table for use (must be put back, and mats must be cleaned).
Whiteboard and extension chord is also available. Walls are white and suitable for a projector.
​
There is also a kitchenette available, with a bar fridge for cooling any catering, a microwave oven and a tea kettle as well as cups and plats for use.
​

The Office with a View
This Office is a stunner. Large, high ceilings, and a mesmerizing view of Wallis lake. You may rent it just for you, or share it with others. This space has previously been used by a nutritionist, a chiropractor and an osteopath.
It is large enough to fit two desks, or three smaller desks. Or you may deck it with one desk, and a lounge corner. Some furniture is available for use, or you may fit your own.

As part of the rental agreement, you have access to the common areas such as a large, and stunning reception area (no staff, but you may use the desk if your room is busy), and shelving for shop display in the hallway.

SAM Space
This space can be hired on a weekly basis.
​
SAM Space is named after a young mother, Sam, who donated some funds to make this room beautiful and serene. It has ocean blue walls, a fold up desk, and "secret" cupboard space. Right next to the room, you have the back stairs displaying calming views of the lake.
​
As part of the rental agreement, you have access to the common areas such as a large, and stunning reception area (no staff, but you may use the desk if your room is busy), and shelving for shop display in the hallway.
